Shipping & return

Our products may take up to 3-5 days to prepare, as they are handmade. All orders are shipped in envelopes or boxes.

Shipping to Spain

 All shipments within Spain are delivered by Posten, sent as an insured, trackable package. Regular service is approx 2-5 business days. 

Shipping expence is 10€. 

Shipping in Spain

 All shipments to Spain are delivered by Post Office, as an insured, trackable package. Shipping expence is 10€. This does not include duties and taxes. The fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product price. Delays are being experienced worldwide due to the pandemic. 

Return

Jenesequá gladly accept returns. You have to return the item no later than 7 days from the date of receipt. 

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused. As soon as we have received the returned item and they have undergone a quality control check we will do a refund. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. We advise to return the package with a trackable number. Return expenses are paid for by the customer.

How to return an item:

1. Send us an email at hello@jenesequabyag.com with information about the return. You will be provided with all the information needed to complete the process. 

2. Wrap the item carefully

3. Send the item to us. 

4. A refund is provided. 

Faulty items

Your order will be carefully checked before it is shipped. However, if you recieve an iten which is incorrect or faulty, please contact us at hello@jenesequabyag.com. For faulty items we offer replacement or full refund. 

If the defects or wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced. Jenesequá does not cover shipping fees in case of a complaint.
